Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ad Manager ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application. These terms apply to all users of the Application.

2. Description of Service

Ad Manager is a tool that automates the creation and management of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns. The Application connects to your Google Drive account to access ad creative files and to your Meta Ads account to create campaigns, adsets, and ads on your behalf.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you agree to:

Compliance with Meta Policies

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all ads created through the Application comply with Meta's Advertising Policies, Community Standards, and applicable laws. We do not review ad content for policy compliance.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Authorized Access

You represent that you have the authority to grant the Application access to the Google Drive folders and Meta Ads accounts you connect. Do not connect accounts for which you do not have authorization.

Ad Spend

You acknowledge that creating ads through the Application will result in charges to your Meta Ads account according to your campaign settings and Meta's billing policies. We are not responsible for any ad spend incurred.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Application to:

  • Create ads that violate Meta's Advertising Policies or applicable laws
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising
  • Promote illegal products, services, or activities
  • Attempt to circumvent Meta's ad review systems
  • Access other users' accounts or data without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
  • Use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your ad creatives, templates, and content remain your property. By using the Application, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with Meta's Marketing API and Google Drive API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services. Meta may suspend or revoke API access at any time, which may affect the Application's functionality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the success of any advertising campaign created through the Application, including any specific reach, engagement, or return on ad spend.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or ad spend, arising from your use of the Application or any ads created through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including Meta's Advertising Policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Application. You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by revoking the OAuth permissions granted to the Application.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
